It took me several tries to walk through the doors because I wasn’t sure MMA would be for me, but it was the best decision I made. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone is so kind. The instructors are well educated and ensure we are doing workouts properly to prevent injury. They get to know us individually so they know what our goal is and help us get there. Everyone is truly amazing and I’m blessed to have met them.

After always wanting to learn some form of martial arts I stumbled across RS while driving through town and start doing muay thai and jiu jitsu. I found not just the best coaches but I found a family and that's how it should be great people great staff and clean facility 5 stars. Got my blue belt in jiu jitsu from coach Markus befor I left and now I'm a purple belt and jiu jitsu is a big part of my life

Love this place and the atmosphere! If you want access to a variety of classes for the whole family than this is the place. My family of five participate in Muay Thai, BJJ and fitness kickboxing and we love it. Rico is an amazing instructor and coach as is the whole staff.
